Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately met with a total lack of air conditioning efficiency on the third floor. The ambient temperature was unbearable, and the only relief came from a Dyson fan that was just barely adequate. Upon arrival, the exceptional hospitality from Ann made us feel immediately at home. The breakfasts were delightful, with the ability to customize each meal to our taste. Our Superior Double Room was not only comfortable but also elegantly decorated, particularly the stunning bathroom.
